Clarisworld are a foreign company. Who when you email don't understand English and so, in trying to solve a fairly simple issue. (late delivery) are hopeless and you just keep going round in circles with them awnsering the same way.

I have not received my order which I placed on 5.12.22. It was for a Christmas present and when I emailed customer services all I got was a one line answer, saying all orders are delayed in transit with Royal Mail. We all knew Royal Mail was going to strike so why not use a different delivery service, if I had known Royal Mail was who you used I would not have placed my order due to knowing there were strikes.
