I wish I had done my due diligence. The negative reviews are accurate. The name is misleading. I thought I was purchasing from a Canadian company. The winter coat I ordered looked nothing like I expected. Very poor quality. I reached out to ask for a return. Told it would cost me $50 U.S to return to China. China ? And I pay in U.S money. That’s confusing I was offered to keep the coat and be given 10% back. I emailed 11 times over the month of December. No response and no money has been given. I have contacted my back to ask for their assistance. I have told them that this company is a scam. Hoping thy can contact the better business bureau and have them shut down.

The company should go out of business because it is a scam. The return policy is ridiculous to ship to China and then get a refund or exchange. It cost more money to ship. Or accept a 10% refund, which is a joke, $10 for every 100. The quality of the product is the lowest I have ever seen, you could buy it at the dollar store or something like it. My jacket came damaged, and dirty, yet they would still not give me a refund. That should be against the law. Because the cost to ship to China would cost the item anyway. I took pictures of the damage and it still made no difference. Get out of business you scam artists.

BEWARE!!!! Completely fraudulent company. Items are not as they appear and you pay a fortune to attempt to return. Also - Items are from Asia not Canadian made like advertised.

My complaint was not with the company that makes candles! My complaint was with a company who makes sweatshirts. I’m not sure how the mistake was made.

Ordered from them, the delivery service they used failed to deliver, was impossible to deal with, and we sent multiple emails to customer service - it has been weeks now and we still haven't gotten a single response. In the meantime, our item made it all the way to our neighborhood but PiggyShip couldn't figure out how to find our house (despite having the exact address, which was confirmed through email and a call with customer service after a two hour wait on hold). Now, the item is being returned to China and we have to try to get a refund. Complete waste of time and money, would never order from this company, good luck getting your item delivered or getting a response from them if there are issues. Wish I could give zero starts.
