I received the wrong item from Amazon. I called the company direct instead of Amazon for a replacement. The gentleman I spoke with said he would ship me the correct item immediately and I didn't need to return the wrong item. I received the correct item in just a few days. Excellent customer service.

I’ve had a few Classico wallets in the past and really liked them. This time I ordered two wallets and although it says it was delivered to me, it was delivered to the wrong address. I tried my local post office and they told me they could not find the package. I then reached out to support at Classico and got Isaac. It was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Not only did he replace my two wallets, he kept me updated via text and email. No question they have a customer for life.
I ordered the crossbody bag to hold my cell phone, credit cards and driver's license. It is now my go-to bag. Comfortable, light and attractive! I ran into a problem with the strap after a few months and the company quickly corrected it for me. I have been very happy with the product. It is durable and I get lots of compliments. Couldn't be more pleased with the product and the service! The proof is I ordered a few more bags in different colors.
