Great support with a technical issue and resolved quickly on a Sunday evening. Software works perfectly. Thanks

Customer service for MS Office 2021 Activation
I purchased the subject app, and received the download link and the key for activation, was able to download the app, but the activation key was not functional, as it was used many time before by the seller.
My attempts to get it resolved via e-mail did not produce any result other than an advise to use their download.
So, they seemed sold me a trial version that will expire in 30 days which is nothing but fraud, as they advertise this as life-time license for 1 PC. This is all very disappointing.

MS Office installed flawlessly
Most important: followed instruction to download, install, and activate -- it was perfect. I've dealt with similar outfits in the past and was very frustrated. On the other hand, I did not receive the critical instructions immediately as promised -- had to chat on their website. Then it went smoothly.
