Tony was the consummate hostess for our tour of Munich. She listened carefully before the trip to what we had hoped to say and she delivered on her promise.
I might add she’s a thoroughly lovely and dignified young lady. We would reach out to her in a heartbeat. Should we revisit Munich?

Great tour of Oslo highlights
Wonderful private and customized walking (and tram) tour of Oslo. Covered so much in 4 hours: sculpture garden, library, town hall (amazing interior), and fortress. Guide Marianne was perfect with pacing, history, and suggestions. Highly recommended for the first-time visitor.

Well Worth The Cost
Ivana made a great impression on us and helped make the experience in Copenhagen one that we will remember. This was our third use of City Unscripted and each have been excellent. Carefully crafting the things to see and do really is valuable in the use of our time. Ivana did a superb job ensuring we didn't cover areas that our later coach tour of Scandinavia would include. She also paid attention to our vegetarian diets and found wonderful stops for a break and a meal. We visited off the beaten track areas and learned so much about life in Copenhagen. Just what we wanted.

Fabulous personalized tour
We had a very limited time in Porto and this was a great way to get the most out of it. When I booked, I received a questionnaire asking what our interests were - art, local cuisine, architecture.
We were paired with Mayinka who reached out before the tour to help coordinate and plan our tour. She is bursting with energy and enthusiasm for the arts and for Porto!
We started off with a visit to a food market, where she arranged tasting of olive oils, local cured meats, and other things we expressed interest in. Then we were off to a chocolate shop for more tasting, and she showed us several local restaurants she recommended highly.
After that we were walking here, there and everywhere. The benefit of the private tour was that we were able to skip things we had already seen (the famous bridge of Porto), and see unique street art we would never have known to look for! Mayinka knew all the history and fun stories as well. I really appreciated her in-depth knowledge of the current local art scene, it really helped bring the city alive to us!
It’s a great way to spend a morning in Porto. Highly recommend!

Kuala Lumpur: Get to know the city with Aisyah
We took an eight-hour tour with Aisyah through Kuala Lumpur. She reached out to us early on beforehand to ask about our interests. We exchanged messages back and forth several times, and she made sure the tour really matched what we were interested in. We asked her to take us off the beaten tourist path through the city. That was really great. We learned an incredible amount and saw corners of the city that you normally wouldn’t get to as a tourist. Aisyah is also a truly charming person. It was an all-round wonderful day. A thousand thanks for that.

Great initial tour of Melbourne
We really enjoyed our time with Karla getting to know Melbourne. She presented a varied tour with mixes of old and new, history and current affairs. Very easy to engage with and open to discussing topics that interested us. We were left with great recommendations to fill the rest of our days in the city.

Great day in Palermo
Our guide was wonderful. You could tell he loved his city and was proud to share it with visitors
It was a very hot day so our guide offered to use his car so we could see more. This was very appreciated as we were able to explore beyond the city and see the monastery and views over the city.
