Would have given zero stars if I could
Would have given zero stars if I could
Bought internal doors from Wickes and this is their delivery service.
Refused to bring doors to 2nd floor flat.
Offered to leave them blocking a fire escape.
Terrible service. Don’t use them!

Service above and beyond
Paul and Lisa delivered tiles to us from Wickes, the friendliest couple who then went onto assist the other driver from Wickes who couldn't access our property. He transferred and transported our new bathroom from the 2nd lorry to our house. Amazing service with a huge smile.

Lilly PL33 is amazing
Lilly PL33 is amazing. Not only does she carry massive sheets of plasterboard, bags of concrete and piles of 2.4m timber up slopes to my house, but she does so with a smile and a warm and friendly attitude. She takes care where she puts the deliveries, making sure they are safe & accessible for me to handle, (I'm an older female), and warns me about the weight of them. Lilly is a credit to your company and provides an exemplary service. Please forward this message to management for use in Lilly's appraisals, she certainly deserves a bonus!

12 sheets of plasterboard.
My order of plasterboard came unwrapped. My fault for not checking and was raining at time. Meant had to get it in ASAP. Lilly, the driver, helped me put all the boards into technical first floor (extension on ground that slope away making it higher). She was extremely helpful and no issue helping with getting the board up. Went above and beyond and very Happy with the service.
So nice to get a wonderful service. Th k you Lilly
