Large expensive order not delivered
I had an expensive order of large materials on order. Driver shows up an hour late with none of my items on his van. He said he will be back in a hour and I'm still waiting!
The following day the order gets signed off as delivered and I still have nothing to show for it. After explaining to Customer service what has happened they just right back it says your order is complete… no investigation and no help what so ever.
I have contacted the supplier who say delivery is tomorrow after wasting 3 days waiting in let’s see what happens.

My company paid for international…
My company paid for international express and 5 days later still waiting for delivery.
Now I have the fun of trying to get the parcel returned as I will be returning home before it turns up. Wish me luck.

Delivery of tiles
Delivery of tiles. Firstly, the delivery was 3 days earlier than expected, which was good. Secondly, the delivery man/courier was very pleasant, asked me where I wanted them put, as I wasn’t expecting them today he helped me make space for them to go inside and stacked them neatly and out of the way. Fantastic service. Courier was Less MK39

Gary was super helpful! Ordered some wood from Jewson who were going to delay the delivery but Super Gary was called and helped me get it in good time! Highly recommended, what a thoroughly nice chap😁

We often have the same driver from Bedford and he is so polite and so helpful.
