Wonderful polite delivery driver. Always very polite. Joe is a wonderful delivery person

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for Paul, who has consistently gone above and beyond in his role. Paul is the embodiment of patience, responsibility, and genuine kindness. Every time he delivers, his friendly and enthusiastic attitude brightens my day.
Because I live with a long-term disability, I often order large quantities of frozen food to make my daily life more manageable. Paul is incredibly considerate of this; he always takes the initiative to neatly organize my items on the trolley before I even arrive downstairs, ensuring a smooth and easy transition for me.
However, a recent experience truly touched my heart. One day, I was extremely ill and physically unable to go downstairs. My roommate was away at class, leaving me stuck. When I explained the situation to Paul, he immediately told me to focus on resting and taking care of myself, and said, "Just contact me when you feel better, and I’ll come back to deliver it to you."
This level of empathy and dedication far exceeds any standard job requirement. It’s rare to encounter someone so genuinely caring. I am sincerely happy for the company to have such an outstanding individual representing them.

Amazing experience everytime my package is delivered. The courier Aytach MD13 who delivers my package is always so kind. Always a good experience.

Polite, friendly and really helpful delivery driver G02 delivered our 'expensive' tiles from Topps Tiles (East London). He was courteous and asked where inside my hallway he could put the tiles,I had to leave a comment because of this he went the extra mile.If only all delivery drivers were like him!

Excellent service, but it comes with hidden charges. For a parcel that was 2cm over the height, they charged an extra £65 without informing us.

We were serviced today by MD06 Sidnei who is an excellent example for Citysprint. Always friendly and helpful

I would give no stars if there was an option to.
I was expecting some large tiles, adhesives and some other materials to be delivered to my flat today.
When the courier arrived and realised I lived in a first floor flat, he told me he would not be able to climb the stairs and deliver my items to my flat, as the items were too heavy and he was not insured.
What a terrible service. Are they not a delivery service?. If the items are going to be too heavy, could they not have sent two couriers or however many was required to deliver the items to a first floor flat.
Now I have had to find another service to get my order delivered to my home.
No, I would not recommend this service.

Courier is always polite and friendly.
Always here on time to collect.

I have long used City Sprint and they have been a great courier. Disappointingly, the first time I've had an issue with them losing a box in transit with 4 given 3 received, the manner with which they have managed this has been truly lacking.

Whilst I'm upset, it would be unfair to give a lower rating because they have provided a reliable service through the years but lacking of better management of a serious issue has really left a bad taste!

While grainy, I provided 2 cctv footage angles of the boxes in question but they still think I'm lying or rather the evidence is insufficient, I'm just glad what was lost was a less important box than what was in 2 of the 4. How the box was lost, I'll never know. But I have no reason to lie about how many boxes were given to the courier. Whatsmore, I had to chase the customer care team for a response to my query.

In any case, it is what it is.

Ian, our driver transporting chemotherapies from Barts Hospital to Newham Hospital has been very professional and always tries his best to make the delivery on time - despite the rush hour traffic on the horrific A13.

Pick up was late, there was no tracking information available, delivery was late by an hour. The driver didn't inform about any delays neither he asked me to sign at the point of collection and just signed "on my behalf" without asking for my permission. Terms and Conditions links in the email doesn't work. Awful service. I'll be using Addison Lee courier only from now on. PS. Daniel, email sent to the email address you provided at 21.32 but as with everything else, I got a bounce back with "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages" and "Delivery has failed to this recipient" messages. CitySprint need to start thinking about customers...
