Our property can be difficult to find and the courier ended up in the wrong place (not their fault) but called for directions. Notably their demeanor remained cheerful even though they'd had a set-back. The package was delivered on time. The live tracker app is very useful and enabled me to direct the courier when they weren't sure where they were.

It was so straightforward quick totally uncomplicated and the staff were excellent. We just walked out of our Solicitors Office with some papers, crossed the street and found you. We were done in 10. minutes

I do not recommend !!! when you order something the courier from citysprint goes with your order around the smallest villages and is in Plymouth late in the evening.
Horrible courier company

I have had several deliveries from this company over the last few months and I think they are the best couriers I have ever dealt with. Every driver has been courteous and helpful and the one time there was a problem with a delivery from the Gatwick office they could not have been more helpful. So far it has been a pleasure to receive deliveries from Citysprint.

I booked my pick up and delivery over the phone. I told the lady it was a big suitcase (I didn’t tell her it had only done one journey before) but could not give the precise weight, between 30 and 40kg. She told me they would weigh the suitcase and refund any difference from the 40kg we agreed I would pay. When the driver picked it up, he wasn’t surprised to see a suitcase. The reason I say this will be evident at the end of this review. Before he left with it, I said I’d paid for 40kg and they’d told me they’d weigh it and refund any excess. The driver confirmed this would happen. He took it away down the steps, and I watched as my case was ‘thrown’ into the boot of a tiny car. I saw from the angle that it landed on a corner. I averted my eyes. It was a new good quality suitcase. A few days later, I arrived at my and its destination, where its delivery had already been signed for by reception. The corner was badly broken and that was where the wheel was too, making it harder to wheel to my accommodation. I emailed CitySprint. They told me that they don’t accept liability for the damage as “the item collected has not been confirmed as a suitcase”. I didn’t get a refund, nor any communication about its weight. On follow-up my dissatisfaction at their response, they repeated the same that the item collected was not confirmed as a suitcase. And that only the items inside are covered. In this case the item has done its job and protected the items inside. My understanding of all this was that if it had been confirmed as a suitcase then I would have been compensated. At a certain point you give up. I will never use City Sprint again.
