Driver was helpful and friendly. I ordered heavy bags of compost and he asked where I wanted them put rather than just dumping them on the doorstep, which was appreciated

Materials delivered on time and great advert for Wickes's delivery service
Materials delivered on time. Mariusz Rzepka helped me to place the plywood and timber into my garage and was a real pleasant guy. Couldn't have had a better experience with any other delivery driver.

Lack of drivers in aberdeen
Citysprint Aberdeen seem to have a severe shortage of drivers - placed an order for Saturday delivery and they didn’t even attempt to deliver it, even rolling back the status from “driver found” to “booked”. I ordered it for Saturday delivery as that’s when I’d be in. I compromised to today, and yet again same story, no drivers to deliver my parcel. They did ultimately get it to me on Tuesday and the driver was great - but I really think they need better contingencies for when drivers are unavailable!

What a lovely friendly and engaging man Mariusz is. Also he seems very hardworking and takes pride in his job. Delivered to the exact spot in my garden which I’m very grateful for as I’m an older lady. Also, ordered one day and delivered very early the next day, which is outstanding service.

Great delivery service
The delivery driver (Mariusz) arrived exactly on time, ensured he parked safely & delivered my panels right into my house. Great service, took care in delivering & was cheerful throughout.
I work in retail & know that great service is in short supply these days & largely gies unrecognised.

Always good service nice and efficient…
Always good service nice and efficient and the app lets you track exactly where the driver is so you know when it comes. More companies should have this system.
