"I've been using their services for over a year now, and overall, they offer high-quality products. However, when it comes to vape cartridges, the Biscotti variant is of very poor quality. I purchased it a few months ago when it was first introduced and found it to be weak, but I thought it might just be my personal experience. Recently, after a long break, I decided to give it another try, only to discover that it truly doesn't work at all. The Biscotti cartridge is of extremely low quality and not worth its price. I wouldn't buy it even at half or a quarter of the cost. City of Canna, please address this issue, as your cartridges are significantly inferior compared to other vendors whose cartridges, of various types, are genuinely potent."

I've used this site a fair bit in last year. Only twice I have had a problem. Once the sent the wrong product and said I would receive £10 off future order as there was £10 difference. I never received it unfortunately. And a couple of weeks ago I ordered biscotti cartridge for vape pen. Must of received dud oil. As no matter how many puffs I take, absolutely nothing happens. I will use again as these things happen and have been pleased with orders in the past. Very quick delivery tho

Long Story Short…Total game changer 100% reliable, easy to use, great product & choice…maybe slightly more price wise, but is wroth the extra as this is a professional no hassles retailer with fast communication and above & beyond customer service…can not recommend enough and that’s with a years worth of orders placed and revived with never an issue

Multiple orders over the past year and this company is brilliant. Very fast delivery, they often include a freebie sample and have sorted me out twice with great communication- once I put the wrong street name on the order (eeeek!) and another time my payment didnt go through. As others have said, great service until recently, been making regular orders with them, the last one did not turn up despite payment being made. Sent several emails and not a single reply. Looks they are done now, im certainly done with them after being ripped off. Order at your peril!

On a recent order, I didn't think the bud I got sent was to the standard described

With reference to my previous experience with this company on 16th October it is only fair that I comment on the eventual resolution of the complaint. It is important that communication with them was always made available and it was dealt with fairly. Their response has renewed my faith in them.

This service is probably the best one out there. Great product speedy delivery and always willing to help.

I've used this company for nearly a year now, pretty much every week and they're frankly the best site. Decent communication, easy to send money to but you might need to email them to ask for a specific account. The quality of the gear is fantastic, I go through a lot and mainly use RSO and hash. For those that medically need it I would thoroughly recommend the RSO. Cheap, potent and does the job.

However, even their flower is absolutely amazing, their pink panties strain had me absolutely on the floor, giggling!

The only issue I've ever had with them was simply a breakdown in communication and was very quickly fixed.

Great site, no need to hassle with crypto and super quick delivery that's faster than Amazon Prime! Tried various items and all have been top notch. A little on the pricey side but I guess that's what you pay for a premium service. If you want convenience, choice and quality I would definitely recommend.
