Dankzij CITYHOP Real Estate heb ik binnen een maand een nieuwe woning gevonden, zelfs in deze uitdagende tijden waarin het moeilijk is om een huis te vinden. De begeleiding van Robert vanaf het begin tot aan de check-in was uitstekend. Kortom, als je op zoek bent naar een nieuw huis, is CITYHOP de perfecte partner die snel en transparant handelt!

Erg goede samenwerking gehad met Cityhop. Dankzij hen heb ik mijn perfecte woning in Amsterdam gevonden. De communicatielijnen binnen het bedrijf waren kort. Ze handelden adequaat en stonden altijd paraat. Uiteindelijk hebben ze ook nog succesvol voor mij onderhandeld, waardoor ik nu op de juiste plek zit voor een goede prijs.

CITYHOP Real Estate heeft ons geweldig geholpen bij het vinden van een nieuwe woning. De huizen die zij voor ons geselecteerd hadden waren allemaal van goede kwaliteit. Wij hebben de begeleiding als zeer prettig ervaren; vriendelijke medewerkers met kennis en verstand van zaken. Als tevreden klanten kunnen wij dit kantoor een ieder aanraden.

The worse in Amsterdam! Stay away! As a tenant they lie about the law and contracts, they think people is more stupid than them, WATCH OUT, they dare to violate the law. The owner of the agency tried to get into the property that i was renting for a viewing without my consent while I was at work., I don`t know if the landlords know about this, however this guy just told me that he can get into ANY property that he rents if He WANTS or he needs to (he always keeps a copy of the keys), so dont doubt he will . As a tenant, they are as unprofessional. His employee had to show the property 3 times, but never showed up and I had to do the viewing, I should have gotten the comission instead of them!!!!!! I wonder why they even get paid by landlords. The landord even offered me to move to other properties that they had but with this this kind of agents hell NO! If you already rent from them I have some tip: change the locks and put a camera at your entrance.
If you owe a property and you are thinking about letting your property to this people manage it, don`t1 Avoid having legal issues with your tenants because o this guys.
