Heel snel en vriendelijk geholpen met het vinden van een nieuwe huurder en het check-out van de vertrekkende.
(Het ligt net zoveel aan mijnzelf voor ze niet te hebben gespot maar een paar typefoutjes mbt datum op contract waren gelijk gecorrigeerd en de documenten opnieuw aangeboden voor tekenen). Het gebruik van Adobe Sign om per email te kunnen tekenen is heel fijn.

Dit bureau heeft een uitstekende service.
Zeer vriendelijk, snel en vooral resultaatgericht.
Zij weten een goede match te vinden tussen de verhuurder en huurder.
Zowel de incheck als uitcheck gebeuren zeer gedegen. Er worden foto's gemaakt en alles wordt goed gedocumenteerd.Daarnaast hebben zij een uitstekend huurcontract.
Als verhuurder ben ik vol lof.

I already work 10 years with cityhomes to rent out my house boat for shorter and longer times. I am very satisfied. There is a good system for check in and checking out. So there are no misunderstandings between the tenant and landlord. They are also always willing to do some extra work to check out some things on the boat. I never had any problem with the payments. And they check before what kind of people are going to rent. Complete with passports and salary notes.
