Personal and pleasant service

Zeer goede service
Ons apartment in de Baarsjes is in de afgelopen jaren meerdere keren met hulp van Cityhomes verhuurd en beheerd en ik ben zeer tevreden over de snelheid, kwaliteit en vriendelijkheid. Huurders worden goed gescreend en als er iets kapot is in huis wordt goed overlegd over reparaties.

Flexibel en professioneel
Erg tevreden! Ondanks COVID-19 heeft Cityhomes zich erg professioneel en flexibel opgesteld bij zowel de bezichtiging als de daadwerkelijke verhuur van ons appartement. Dit heeft erin geresulteerd dat wij ons huurcontract binnen twee weken na de bezichtiging hebben kunnen tekenen. Deze goede service ging gepaard met vriendelijke personeel wat het nog aangenamer maakte. Bedankt!

As i lived in Asia, CityHomes was 100% responsible for renting out my apartment in Amsterdam for over 3 years; finding new renters, the check-in and check-out. The CityHomes Team went above and beyond my exceptions: hands-on, solution-driven, detail-orientated & quick-action. They took extensive photos of my property for the check-in and check-out between every tenant. They were so kind and flexible to take and answer calls from my time-zone in the evening and weekends. If you have a place to rent out, look no farther, have CityHomes take everything off your hands. If you are looking for a place to rent, CityHomes is your answer.

Arrogant en verkeerde info
Ik heb voor een woning twee werknemers van Cityhomes aan de telefoon gehad. Beide gaven totaal andere informatie en toen ik mijn verbazing uitte over de verschillende informatie werd de dame aan de telefoon ronduit arrogant. Ze weten niet eens wie ze aan de telefoon hebben en slaan al zo'n toon aan. Niet een bedrijf waar ik graag mee in zee zou gaan!

We had a great experience using City…
We had a great experience using City Home Services. They were really helpful, clear and fast with all the terms to rent our new home. I would highly recommend them to everybody even if you have been a long term resident in Amsterdam.
