* Weinig flexibel met overdracht van sleutels buiten kantooruren;
* Makelaar had slechts 1 sleutel bij zich tijdens de check-in. Wij hebben vervolgens moeten aandringen om het tweede paar sleutels te krijgen, waarbij de makelaar ons vertelde dat we ze maar moesten komen ophalen;
* afhandeling van openstaande punten na check-in (lees gebreken bij oplevering) werd weinig tot geen aandacht aan besteed.

During the time in which I was hunting for houses I was helped ver much by Cityhomes. They were very kind and attentive. My only feedback is to maybe have some more communication after receiving the keys.

Zeer tevreden hoe het tot nu is verlopen. Het besluit redelijk laat genomen om mijn huis tijdelijk te verhuren. Het vriendelijke team van City homes heeft snel gehandeld en binnen 14 dagen had ik een huurder.

I wanted to find a place for myself for the first time. I responded to an advertisement and 30 minutes later I got a call from Cityhomes to invite me for a viewing. Beforehand Marlou told me the requirements for the house and asked me what I did for a living.

I passed the requirements and the next day I had a viewing with her colleague Gwen. There was a warm welcome for me and she really seemed interested in my life and if I would fit in (profile that the owner had in mind for the studio etc.).

Afterwards she asked my opinion about the studio (if it is a match etc.) and she told me she would call me before the end of the week if I got the house.

The next day I recieved a call from Gwen and she congratuated me with the studio!

Great service and a lot of humon knowledge! I enjoy every single minute in my studio!

Fantastic Experience. After a rocky start with a previous makelaar for our first apartment in Nederland, we were wary in general.
