We have our site sanitary bins emptied every Thursday without fail. Our usual suspect, Jim, is always happy to assist with our needs and brings a positive attitude each week he’s here. Would recommend if you’re in need of any workplace solutions.

We have a gentleman called John who regularly comes by our workplace to empty the bins, and he’s absolutely lovely every single time. He’s always polite, cheerful, and a pleasure to chat with — you can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work. Couldn’t ask for a nicer person doing the job!

We have had City Healthcare Direct for a while now and they give excellent service. John who comes to empty our bins is very friendly and is always cheerful. I would 100% recommend this company. There has never been a problem of any description and I have never had to phone customer service but I am sure if I did them would be just as helpful too.
