Skrydžius kelionei pirmyn bei atgal pavyko rasti labai pigiai. Juos įsigijus bei tik po kurio laiko paskaičius atsiliepimus ir įvertinimus, buvo labai nerimauta ar tikrai išskrisime. Dabar, kai kelionė įvyko tiek pirmyn, tiek atgal sklandžiai, be atidėtų skrydžių ar prarastų veltui pinigų, galiu palikti teigiamą atsiliepimą. Mano atveju viskas pasisekė puikiai ir esu labai dėkinga už beprotiškai gerą , tiesioginių skrydžių kainą! Kadangi pati iki išvykimo datos labai bijojau dėl begalės neigiamų atsiliepimų, grįžusi iš kelionės pažadėjau sau, jog būtinai paliksiu atsiliepimą, kad daugumą iš Jūsų ir nuraminčiau. Dar kartą dėkoju City travel !

While everything OK the company not too bad, but once you'll need refund you'll regret dealing with them. They tease you that you'll get it with substruction of unrefundable amountS, and once you agree- they will ignore you.

I had a terrible experience with City.Travel. I paid for a round-trip flight and never received my ticket. My account access was revoked shortly after booking, and all my attempts to get support were ignored.

I only got a response after escalating the issue through Skyscanner — but instead of fixing the issue, City.Travel claimed they hadn’t received the payment. I sent them proof of payment, and my bank confirmed the money was debited and still with City.Travel.

To this day, I’ve received neither a ticket nor a refund. I’ve now been forced to file a chargeback with my bank to try and recover the funds.

Poor communication, zero accountability. Avoid this company if you value your time and money.

Booking #11424715 – very disappointed.

I booked a ticket for Air Arabia via City.Travel. The flight was cancelled by the airline due to airspace restrictions. Air Arabia officially confirmed that the refund was processed to the original card.

Yet City.Travel has not issued the refund or responded to my inquiries for several weeks. No email reply, no action. They are ignoring a clear confirmation from the airline.

This is unacceptable and feels like fraud. I am escalating the issue to my bank and Visa for a chargeback.

Avoid this agency unless you want to lose your money and time.

Betrug und Finger weg ! Kurz hierzu: diese Seite wurde genutzt um vom mir ergaunerte Kreditkartendaten zu nutzen und um ungerechtfertigte Buchungen vorzunehmen ! Die Betreiber der Homepage sind nicht zu erreichen und haben auch 0 Interesse hierzu das Problem zu lösen. Ich gehe fest davon aus das diese ebenfalls davon profitieren.

As soon as a flight is cancelled or rescheduled by the airline, you are left alone. city.travel referrers one to the airline (in my case Pegasus). The airline refers you to the travel agency city.travel and so it goes round in circles. Recommendation: avoid city.travel in any case and book flights directly with the airlines, even if the tickets are more expensive.

Ich habe ein Ticket für meine Frau gekauft und meine Frau hat sich entschlossen den Flug zu ändern und früher zu fliegen.

Der ausgesuchte Flug war ca 30€ günstiger und trotzdem hätten 30€ mehr gezahlt werden müssen, plus Strafe von der Airline von 85€ und 35€ Gebühren für die Umbuchung.
Das hieße die Umbuchung wäre genauso teuer wie der Flug selbst.

Wir haben einen neuen Flug gefunden der günstiger ist als die Umbuchung selbst.

Die Erstattung der alten Tickets war nicht möglich. Nicht einen Cent.

Das ist schön sehr gegen den Kunden!

Nicht zu empfehlen! Besser ohne City travel buchen!

City. travel Absolutely doggy company. Risk of fraud and money loss. Fake travel company with its base in Russia collects passports and credit card information. Fake prices. Fake flights. Be aware of fraud

Schlechte Agentur:

1. Preise teurer als bei Buchungen direkt über die Anbieter.

2. Kundenservice und Kommunikation antwortet nicht/ liest Mails/ Nachrichten nicht und prinzipiell schlecht erreichbar.

3. Stornierung über Airline hat geklappt, das Geld behält dennoch die Agentur (zuvor wurde wir darum gebeten, doch die Airline zu kontaktieren).

Ждали час очереди в кол-центре чтобы ничего не узнать и чтобы нам никак не помогли. Хотя нам отменили рейс.

Покупал билеты через этот сайт, номер заказа 4951202, запросил возврат билетов.
мне сделали расчет возврата и я подтвердил чтобы мне вернули, но мне так ничего и не вернули!
06 марта поддержка подтвердила что вернет деньги, но до сих пор не произошло возврата, в комментариях к заказу пишу сообщения - просто игнорируют.
зато, они очень обиделись в тех поддержке, когда я начал им с матом писать сообщения. уважаемые, вы не обижайтесь, а будьте честными и возвращайте деньги своевременно. крайне не советую пользоваться эти сервисом.

Купили билеты через City.Travel (заказ 4922470), в итоге из-за изменения расписания билеты пришлось сдать (через форму на сайте Победы). Победа довольно оперативно перевела деньги, но эти товарищи продолжают кормить "завтраками" про 60 дней. Это мне ответила оператор, после того, как я висела на трубке минут 30. В вотсапе вообще не отвечают. В общем НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ никогда связываться!

Если ваш рейс отменили по любым причинам, даже уважительным, то какого-либо возврата средств от этой конторы вы не дождетесь. Будут кормить завтраками и посылать в ожидание на 60 дней. А потом еще на 60 и т.д. Сразу обращайтесь в банк за возвратом средств и не тратьте свое время.

Terrible service. If the transfer did not connect - it's not their problem - you are on you own. They just tell you to go to the corresponding airline companies yourself and solve the problems by yourself. Do NOT buy from them.
