Very responsive on initial shipping…
Very responsive on initial shipping issues due to me inputting the wrong address resolved within the day . Very transparent and great experience although I was hesitant initially due to making a big online purchase but would trust them in the future without blinking an eye .

Would Buy Again
Easy site to use and find exactly what you are looking for. They offered paperwork for all of the stones I looked at which made buying easier and more justified. Shipping and tracking was also very easy. I would definitely buy from here again.

Citrai has the best prices for lab…
Citrai has the best prices for lab diamonds. I have bought 3 beautiful diamonds from them. They gave me a free one too because I am a repeat customer. I highly recommend them.

I got all the needed help
I like the diamonds. They do have exactly the fancy yellow I wanted for this project.

German customs made it complicated and I needed a certificate of origin - why I do not know?
There is no child labor and no protected tropical wood and no endangered species connected to lab grown diamonds.
These people like to make life complicated and feel personally great through having power over the people. Just make your import tax invoice - this is enough.
Fortunately the final delivery happened through UPS and not DHL in Germany.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience w/ Citrai. Anthony from support was quick to answer all of my questions and helped me choose a beautiful diamond. The order arrived in the stated time and the diamond came with it’s certificate :) 🙌🏽

Great return experience
Made a purchase and had to return only because the stones weren’t the ones for me. They were so kind and had no problem accepting the return. Their customer service is great! I will be purchasing from them again!
