First class service from start to…
First class service from start to finish. From booking the unit in until receiving it back. It's a great unit and has had the 5 star treatment before another 12 months of use.

You are reactive and helpful. But I paid too much for the bank transfer probably because of your non EU membership. Next time I Will go trough Germany for the control and trough France for purchase, or maybe it Will be possible to pay on your french bank account?

Amazing service and products
The team turned around and managed our sound level meter amazing well, they were super efficient and looked after us with fabulous care and provided excellent customer service. I have been using them for at least 8yrs with several different companies and I have never been let down, highly recommend using their expert skills.

Easy to Use Sound Meter Service.
Easy return of my sound meter and calibrator. The equipment was calibrated and serviced quickly, with good communication on when it was to arrive back. Great Service and Support.

Dosemeters returned defective
Noise meter and 5 perfectly working dosemeters sent for calibration. 2 dosemeters returned defective. Paid £1400.00 for the privilege. Should have gone to Castle, or Aldi, or the hardware shop in our local village.
