I placed an order for goji on June 21, 2026. I have repeatedly written to the company but, as of Aug 3, I have not received it. They me a tracking number from China which the USPS does not recognise. The third party tracker states it was delivered but it hasn't arrived. Cirelle customer service replied to my inquiry just to say I have it and to enjoy a product they named which is not the item I ordered anyway. What a scam.

What Erietta said about shipping. My items did arrive eventually. Having used them for ca 60 days I haven't noticed a difference for myself. I know this can happen, and that's okay. What isn't okay is how they're trying to wiggle out of their 60 day money back guarantee. According to their refund policy, which I reviewed before buying and it hasn't changed since, there are certain conditions for the guarantee to be in effect, among others that it'd be within 60 days of receiving the product (which I am), and the last point says that "Product returns are not required and not accepted". However, they're trying to only return 20% of the purchase price due to the fact that returning the product would cost more than the price of the product (which might be true, I live on the other side of the globe). We're still in discussions about this, but I'd caution against trusting this company.

They present themselves as a Greek company but they dispatch from China. Which is nowhere to be found in their website.
So my items are in transit over a week and still don’t know their whereabouts.
They declare express shipping which in my mind is 1-3 days. Not 2 weeks.
Very disappointed with the service
