Don't use Circles.com
This has to be the worst company I've ever had dealings with. First, they sent me a faulty sim, which didn't work in any phone or tablet we had. So they sent me a new sim That was fine, but I was waiting on a new phone I'd ordered for my daughter before we used the new sim. Then they sent me a bill, I wrote to them and thankfully they canceled it, that was fine too.
But while we are still waiting for the new phone, they sent me another bill and no matter how I tried to explain, they just said the sim had been activated. Meanwhile, the 2nd sim they sent me was still unpackaged sitting in my drawer waiting for the new phone. Then they just started taking money from my account. I actually had to call my bank and cancel the card to stop them from unlawfully taking money unnecessarily from my account. They have been dreadful to deal with and have caused lots of grief.
My advice is to stay right away from this company Circles.com, they will rip you off blind.
