Great service! Have purchased several times. Products exactly as advertised. Quick shipping and 2 cigar return policy is definitely a best practice. Very satisfied. Their sale prices are great. When out of stock, they have a good system that advises when they get new stock.

I do apologize if an agent did not pronounce your town correctly. As we are based in Florida, we are used to having some oddly pronounced towns that certainly sound different than you would expect.
