Reliable quality and service
Site is well designed and easy to navigate. I have been buying from them for over 10 years. The cigars have always been well kept and in some cases more tasty than the same cigar bought from other sites. Highly recommend given the quality and price.

Silly games with discount codes
Products prices and arrive quickly in good condition but there’s a lot of games with “here’s a discount code” oh wait. Here’s free shipping. Oh wait. After you use the discount code you no longer qualify for free shipping so your discount code is worth 50% of advertised and if I knew all this I wouldn’t have ordered.

I made an initial order for a ten pack…
I made an initial order for a ten pack of assorted cigars for about $20. They arrived promptly complete with a humidity pack. They were all fresh. I’ve smoked several of them so far and was impressed. For the money they were really decent. They also communicated well through out the process.
Today I placed an order for about $200 for cigars for my grandsons wedding. A $20 coupon they had previously sent me helped ease the pain of this purchase. I placed the order within the past hour and already received confirmation that the order was being packed.

Cigar place is always a great place to order smokes from! I have ordered from them many times, and they generally always have anything you need in stock, at ABSOLUTELY the best prices you can find! If they are out of stock of something, they will notify you when what you're looking for is back in stock! Their smokes are always fresh and amazing!

USPS Tracking says package was delivered on 8/07 but it was not received. I believe that wa the day it was ordered.
