I recently purchased a watch and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish. This company deserves. -10. DO NOT TRUST ! !!!!! A watch was purchased for $19000.00. A different watch was sent. We were give instructions on how to return. We complied. The watch disappeared 6 months ago. We have been trying to get a refund ever since. They now refuse any of our calls BEWARE

I purchased a Hanowa Flagship chronograph that I just received. Exterior appearance was very good, but although the watch appeared brand new, I was suspicious of the cheap, non- original box and lack of papers. As is my practice, I opened the watch case to discover a 100% Chinese movement!

More specifically, a $15 quartz model you can get on Ali for $15 retail. This watch was stamped “Swiss Made” which if you understand that law, is impossible with a Chinese movement.

If you bought a watch from these people, I suggest you take it to a watchmaker to find out what you REALLY purchased.

I purchased a watch from Chronostore today and I had encountered a problem. Mr.Harry was very helpful with helping me with my problem and he was very understanding of my situation. He gave me clear explanation and was very cooperative throughout the whole experience. In the end I was able to resolve my issue and made a wonderful purchase.

I live in the UK and was looking for a particular Raymond Weil model which I found on Chronostore. I purchased the watch in November 2021. The watch arrived in mid December no problem at all and the service to that point was excellent. Within two days of the watch arriving however the second hand would stop, then jump 4 seconds at a time, this ongoing. I contacted Chronostore and was initially advised to arrange for the watch to be returned, however a day later was asked to go to a local jeweler and have the battery replaced, and the cost would be reimbursed. This clearly an easier option for all concerned. I arranged for this on the 22nd December. This was a challenge as the number of jewelers who will open Raymond Weils is limited. This did indeed fix the issue and I emailed the scanned copy of the bill for the battery repair to Chronostore for processing.

To this day I have had every excuse after repeated chasing as to why I am yet to be refunded the cost of battery replacement being £35. First I was told several times the staff who I had been in communication with no longer worked there (they must have a massive staff turnover), then that they could only refund via Paypal (which I don't use), then they offered to pay via Cheque (which is no good to me here in the UK) and then the icing on the cake they couldn't do an electronic payment as that was too costly for them. So much for a warranty.

Would I recommend Chronostore or use them again - absolutely not.

They call themselves luxury and do not give a damn about people contacting them to enquire about diamond rings. If possible, give these guys a run for their money, because they are taking it for granted

Ordered a Prada bag via amazon, the bag came which looked like a fake prada, I sent this back to the USA, paid £60 in postage from the USA to uk and again £54 to return it to the USA. I received an email back stating they had refunded me £1650 yet the bag was £1799 plus postage, so why have I only been refunded £1650?!? Amazon tried to contact chronostore but no reply I tried again no reply. Amazon won’t refund me the remaining £149 and won’t tell my why. I won’t ever be using amazon or chronostore again, as nothing states on the website or amazon that you won’t get a full refund in fact it states you will get a full refund. Annoyed i am. Don’t buy from this store!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, FAKE FAKE FAKE
I Bought a watch from this company, initially they got the order incorrect and did not provide enough links , when this was pointed out veronica did everything to avoid rectifying the problem, however the order clearly said 19 links but only sent 18 so the watch didnt fit comfortably.
I was then advised by veronica to contact Raymond Weil which i did , they informed me i would need to deal with their service partner here in the uk as they dont deal direct with the general public for repairs.
I purchased a link from this provider and veronica agreed to reimburse me which she kindly did.
When the company sent the link out it didnt fit , I queried the service provider who explained they must have sent the wrong one and would send another which they did , however this one also didnt fit , they then asked me to send the watch in so they could get it right .
The watch was sent in and within 24hrs they came back to me with concerns as to the authenticity of this watch , they then liased with Raymond Weil in Geneva who told them they had not made the bracelet and it was a good fake.
Now it gets interesting, i shared the info with veronica who did nothing but try to discredit an authorised Raymond Weil repairer and that they didnt know what they were talking about and no way would they have sold a fake as all her suppliers in the US were reputable.
I asked veronica to speak to Raymond Weil if for no other reason to confirm or deny that they were correct and so that she could confirm that her supplier was as good as she thinks, sadly she declined and based on her blatant denial to investigate one has to assume that this company is part of this deception, initially i was willing to give the benefit of doubt as they possibly could have been duped as well but based on her unwillingness to speak to an expert , they must have known.
Im left with a worthless watch and although she said send it back to the US im afraid i have lost all trust and faith in this company.
And wanted to warn everyone about this company.
Ironically had they got the order correct in the beginning or agreed to send the missing link their DECEPTION would have possibly gone unchecked as the Fake was difficult to tell apart from a couple of anomalies which Raymond Weil a reputable manufacturer would never make .
Do yourself a favour and do not buy from this company and if you already have i would have the goods checked as this Fake was very very good.

Über das Uhren-Kauf-Verkaufs-Portal Chrono24 wurde eine Uhr von der Firma Chronostore angeboten.

Gemäss der Anzeige von Chrono24 hat der Händler (Chronostore) ein Ladengeschäft , in dem man sich seinen Artikel besichtigen kann.

Gemäss Anzeige sollte die Uhr "sofort verfügbar" sein und in USA, New York vorrätig sein.

Ich setzte mich schriftlich mit Chronostore in Verbindung, um zu fragen ob die Möglichkeit bestehe, die gewünschte Uhr (mit Angabe des konkreten Angebotes und Referenznummer) vor dem Kauf in New York anzusehen.

Wenige Minuten später wurde mir schriftlich mitgeteilt:
"Yes if we still have the watch you are welcome to review it in Chronostore.NY."

Als ich dann einige Tage später das Geschäft aufsuchte, wurden mir Uhren vorgelegt die jedoch nicht dem gewünschte Uhren-Modelle entsprachen.

Als ich darauf hinweißte, das die vorgelegten Uhren nicht dem gewünschten Modell entsprachen wurde mir mitgeteilt, das das gewünschte Modell zwar noch verfügbar bzw. noch nicht verkauft sei, sich aber in Philadelphia befinde.

Als ich auf die aktuelle Anzeige von Chrono24 und auf den Schriftwechsel mit Chronostore hinweißte, die besagten, das die Uhr in Chronostore New York vorrätig sei.

Wurde eingeräumt dass die Anzeige falsch sei und man einen Fehler gemacht habe.

Mit wurde angeboten die Uhr nach New York zu holen und mir zeitnah mitzuteilen wann ich diese dann begutachten könne.

Leider erhielt ich keine Mitteilung so dass ich mehrmals schriftlich und telefonisch nach einem möglichen Besichtigungstermin nachfragte.

Mir wurde dann telefonisch mitgeteilt dass die Uhr nun doch verkauft sei und Sie eigentlich keine Ladengeschäfts seien indem man sich vor dem Kauf die Uhren ansehen kann. Sie könnten mir die Uhr zwar besorgen aber ich solle Sie zuerst kaufen.

Ich habe daraufhin das Kaufinteresse bei diesem Uhren-Händler verloren, für mich ist das Geschäftsgebaren unseriös und hat mich viel Zeit gekostet.

Anmerkung: Die Uhr wird auch 1 Woche später noch zum Kauf in NY von Chronostore angeboten...

They are professional, courteous, highly responsive and very accommodating - with a very good collection of collectable watches. Veronica is a pleasure to deal with!
