I'm based in Canada at the moment and I found Daniel through Google search. I had a great experience working with Daniel on my statutory lease extension. He was professional, knowledgeable and always responded promptly to my questions. His valuation gave me the confidence to proceed with the statutory route, and he successfully negotiated the premium down from the landlord's initial counter-offer to a figure even below his own valuation. I really appreciated his clear advice and support throughout the process, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone going through a lease extension.

He was very helpful on the phone and explained the difference between statutory and voluntary extension however he said he would give me a valuation for both statutory and voluntary lease extension and only provided statutory. You only get the report after you pay and they didn’t reply to my follow up emails.
