Compartir tiempo con Cristina en Costa Rica ha sido una experiencia profundamente transformadora que va mucho más allá del aprendizaje de herramientas y técnicas HeartMath. Me dejó una nueva perspectiva sobre las relaciones humanas, la conexión con uno mismo y la forma en que transitamos la vida. Quiero agradecer especialmente a ella por la extraordinaria calidad humana y profesional con la que compartió sus conocimientos. Su manera genuina, serena y coherente de enseñar crea un espacio de aprendizaje que inspira confianza, reflexión y crecimiento. Más que transmitir contenidos, logra generar una transformación real en quienes participamos, dejando una huella que trasciende el curso y que, sin duda, seguirá acompañándome en mi vida personal y profesional.

Christina tiene una facilidad increíble para comunicar conceptos complejos de manera sencilla y completamente entendible. Su conocimiento es profundo pero lo transmite con una calidez y humanidad que hacen que todo fluya naturalmente.

Hay algo en Christina que va más allá de lo común su presencia transmite paz, no juzga, no carga el ambiente. Se siente diferente desde el primer momento. Es de esas personas que hacen que uno se sienta completamente cómodo para aprender, sentir y abrirse sin miedo.

I absolutely loved Christina's way of explaining concepts and the many insights she shared from her own experience.

The combination of HeartMath, horses, and practical exercises created a powerful learning environment. Christina has a wonderful ability to make complex concepts feel simple, relatable, and immediately applicable.

What stood out most to me was her ability to help me reconnect with myself. Through the exercises and reflections, I gained greater clarity around some of my own roadblocks and reconnected with the deeper purpose behind both my weekly horse practice and at work. The experience helped me understand myself more deeply through my partnership with the horse.

I left with a deeper understanding of the connection between our emotions, our physiology, and our horses, along with practical tools that I can start using right away.

It was a great experience for me, and I dare say for all participants! Two days of being introduced to these amazing beasts (both horses and a donkey), who were KIND enough to be with us, feel our energy, let us express our feelings, be there to support, and simultaneously show us the true reason for our hard feelings and their potential solutions. And all of the above in such a short period of time and without a word exchanged with the animals! Of course, we had Christina showing us the 'way', making sure the 'balance' was there, making sure we would notice the horses' change of behaviour, and helping us express our thoughts and share our feelings. I have many moments to remember, such as when I felt numb when I went close to a horse that didn't want me to go near, my fear of the donkey, and her persistence to make me to overcome my fear and now adore donkeys, and with a help of a horse understand my persistance on an issue and how to overcome it (it dissappered as a "problem" for me two days after the event) and all of the above, happening in a wonderful place, near the city of Patras in Greece, with horses that were also 'new comers' to the whole experience. I will never forget how close we all came to each other, how close the horses and donkeys made us feel, and how they also protected each and every one of us when strong feelings occurred. Truly cherished as an experience and highly recommended from my side!

I’ve also had the opportunity to lead retreats with her, and every single time I learned so much and received so much from the experience. She teaches from the heart and truly cares about both the horses and the people she works with.

My experience certifying with Christina was incredibly meaningful and empowering. She brings a rare combination of deep knowledge, professionalism, and genuine heart to her work. You can feel how much she truly cares — not only about the people she teaches, but about the horses and the integrity of the entire process.

Christina is highly skilled, intuitive, and very intelligent, yet she teaches in a way that feels welcoming and supportive rather than overwhelming. She was always accommodating, easy to communicate with, and created a safe space for growth and learning.

Christina Marz is an incredible mentor and teacher. I did my certification course for her method Horse Guided Empowerment with her and am still in regular contact with her in our facilitator mentoring group. She is passionate and empathic and will always find a way to help and support you while thinking about the bigger picture. Heartfelt recommendation to work with her, do one of her courses or get any of her books.

I would give Christina 10 stars if I could. What I have learned from her has changed my life. I’ve always had a deep love for my horses, and have treated them with respect and love. However, when I began learning from Christina, after being introduced to her by a friend, I was introduced to a whole new world with my horses. An amazing opportunity exists that incorporates my love for these beautiful creatures and helping others better their lives through healing and empowerment. Christina has set up her program, Horse Guided Empowerment, as an online program that can be followed at my own pace. Yet, I had 100% support at any time with questions and also weekly calls. The program is well organized, easily accessible, and achievable. I felt understood and respected by Christina through our conversations, and I knew she was genuine in her desire to help me. I would highly recommend her programs to anyone who wants to change their life and the lives of their horses. Thank you Christina for sharing your knowledge with the world.
