Christian Benjamin Property is an independent, family-run estate and letting agency covering Cirencester, Cricklade and the surrounding villages across the Cotswolds and North Wiltshire. We believe property should always feel personal. Whether you are selling, buying, letting or renting, our aim is to make the process as straightforward, well-managed and enjoyable as possible. We combine traditional estate agency values with modern, high-quality marketing, honest advice and a genuinely hands-on service. Our property marketing includes professional HDR photography, aerial photography, detailed floorplans, carefully written property descriptions and extensive online exposure through the leading property portals and social media. We accompany viewings seven days a week and provide regular, honest feedback throughout the process. As a small independent business, our clients deal directly with people who know their property, understand their circumstances and care about achieving the right result. We pride ourselves on being approachable, responsive and available when our clients need us. Our sales service is offered on a no sale, no fee basis, with no lengthy tie-in period. We also provide a fully managed lettings service for landlords, alongside tenant-find and property management options. Much of our business comes through recommendations and repeat clients, which means a great deal to us. Our approach is simple: professional advice, exceptional marketing and a personal service from start to finish. Property, properly.

We've been very pleased with the service throughout, from Christians marketing to Liz's communications. Liz was particularly helpful and tenacious when dealing with queries and kept us informed of progress throughout.
I had a great experience with Christian and Elizabeth, who were both a pleasure to work with throughout the sale of my property. I was extremely happy with the service they provided, and they were always friendly, professional and approachable. Whenever I needed to pop into the Cirencester office, I was always made to feel welcome. Thank you both for making the process such a positive experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property!

It was a genuine pleasure helping you with the sale of your property, and we're delighted you felt so well looked after throughout the process. We particularly appreciate your comments about feeling welcome whenever you popped into our Cirencester office. Being approachable and making people feel comfortable is something that's really important to us.
Thank you again for trusting us with your sale and for your kind recommendation. We wish you all the very best for the future, and you're always welcome to pop in and say hello!
Christian & Lizzie
Extremely professional, personal, friendly, knowledgable and efficient.
Having had a very poor experience with a different agent we ended up with Elizabeth at the Cricklade office. She was a pleasure to deal with and she resolved all our problems in a quick call or two. We could not recommend her highly enough. She has an extensive knowledge of the local area and many useful contacts for clearing up various issues. Now that the transaction has completed we feel like we have lost a friend.

It really was a pleasure helping you both, and I’m so pleased we were able to get everything sorted and see the transaction through to completion. Your comment about feeling like you’ve lost a friend genuinely means such a lot – although I hope you know you haven’t! You’re always welcome to pop into the Cricklade office or pick up the phone, whether you need property advice or just fancy saying hello.
Thank you again for trusting us and for taking the time to leave such kind words. Wishing you both all the very best for the future.

I couldn’t recommend Christian Benjamin Estate Agents highly enough. Although I didn’t end up finding a property through them, the level of service and communication was first class throughout. They always kept me informed when new properties came onto the market, and their knowledge of the properties they were selling was excellent. A genuinely professional and helpful team. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased a lodge at Hoburne Cotswolds through Dan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Purchasing a holiday home was a significant investment for me and my family, so choosing the right person to guide us through the process was really important. From the very beginning, Dan was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right lodge rather than simply making a sale.
His communication was excellent throughout, and he made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. He was always approachable, honest, and happy to answer any questions, giving us complete confidence every step of the way.
Dan went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and his friendly, personal approach made what could have been a daunting decision an enjoyable experience.
Thank you again, — we absolutely love our new lodge!

All of the people that I spoke with were friendly and communicative about the property I was thinking of renting. Details for the viewing were clear and helpful.
Prompt reply to my initial enquiry and further communication indicated how they value the clients they represent and the prospective buyers/renters. I would certainly recommend them for selling or renting a property.

Christian Benjamin property managed my tenancy at a property in Cirencester for 13 years. It was the best period of renting a home that I have experienced- the agency was always professional, friendly and available when I needed anything. I was highly satisfied with the line of communication that they provided between the landlord and I. Would definitely recommend!

Totally trust this man and his staff. When I bought this property it had been on the market for 2 and a half years! The previous agents had basically not pushed it at all. I saw it quite by chance. I needed to sell after a year and chose Christian Benjamin. I liked the personal and caring touch Christian provided. He took beautiful pictures and had a new buyer within a week! That sale fell through half way unfortunately but Christian reassured me it was a property that would sell. Lo and behold a new buyer within a week! I’ve exchanged now and will be moving in a week. Christian has kept me informed and reassured throughout. His assistant Liz has been a pleasure to deal with too. They are a fantastic small business who give you a more personal yet professional service. I would recommend them highly. Thank you Christian and Liz. I am starstruck. Well done. Thank you.

From the moment we started marketing your home, we always believed it would find the right buyer. Even when the first sale fell through, we knew it was a property that would sell, and we're delighted we could help you move with confidence.
Providing personal, proactive support from valuation through to completion is exactly what we strive for at Christian Benjamin Property, so thank you again for placing your trust in us.
We hope you're very happy in your new home and wish you all the very best for the future.
