Beginner friendly experience!

I love how intuitive the experience is. I’m not very tech-savvy, but navigating and using Choppity has been effortless. It’s made staying focused easier and genuinely helps me avoid procrastinating.

Full Time YouTuber & I LOVE this!!

I create long-form YouTube videos and a big part of my workflow is turning those into short clips. Choppity has genuinely made that process faster and easier without taking away creative control. The AI does a great job pulling usable moments, but what I really like is that I can still fine tune pacing, captions, framing, and overall style instead of being locked into whatever it generates.

It’s so intuitive and actually feels built for real creators who care about quality. If you make long-form content and need short clips for tiktok, reels, or shorts, this saves a TON of time. My new favorite tool!! Seriously, if you do social media this is a must have.

Choppity makes it insanely easy

Choppity makes it insanely easy to turn a long podcast/webinar into a batch of short, platform-ready clips. The auto-captions + smart vertical reframing are great, and I love that you can fine-tune edits by working directly off the transcript. Huge time-saver for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

I've been using Choppity for over 4…

I've been using Choppity for over 4 months now.

Since the recent acquisition, the new management team and owners have done a great job in turning the product and support around.

Michael has been very proactive in getting back to me regarding my previous issues. They are all sorted now.

The team have also been shipping new updates to the product which I am quite happy about. It's getting faster and they are also giving us the features we've been asking for!

I hope this momentum continues! Happy to be a Choppity user.

No Customer Service

I’ve been very disappointed with my experience using Choppity. I’ve had a few issues with the software, but despite reaching out to the team around four months ago, I’ve received no response at all. The lack of communication is frustrating, especially when projects sometimes corrupt or generate poorly, forcing me to spend extra credits — and ultimately more money — just to fix the errors. Sadly, it feels like a waste of money, and the lack of support has left me with little confidence in the platform. I love the idea and works well for the most part, but the complete lack of customer service is not acceptable.

Zero customer support for a glitchy AI tool

It's such a shame because this is a fantastic idea - and it is good when it works, which is about 50% of the time. Often the audio and video don't sync properly so the clips are unusable, or it just fails to generate clips at all - but still uses up your 'analysing time'. I've submitted multiple support tickets and have had no replies in over a month. I don't think anyone works there. I wouldn't advise paying for this!

Don't bother

Honestly, what an absolute b*llache. Had the potential to be so good, but the functionality is so unintuitive as to make it unworkable. Makes great videos until the second you need to edit anything, then becomes utterly, utterly rubbish. Full stops as punctuation are generally avoided in short form video (for example), and just trying to edit the text is an utter nightmare. It also will not allow you to upload your own subtitles to fix any issues. It then auto saves all of the errors it has made, with no way to undo them, and so you have to upload the video again, which costs you processing credits, in order to attempt to fix it. An absolute waste of time and money. Genuinely almost crying with frustration just trying to get rid of unnecessary punctuation marks to get a video to look *somewhat* professional - which has now cost me nearly five hours.

I have been trying to reach out to the Choppity team, but there has been zero communication. I have had a few issues with the software.

I reached out to the team around two months ago and received no response. It's quite disappointing, and I can't even access the projects from previously. Sadly, a waste of my money.

Absolute radio silence- disgraceful customer experience

Absolute radio silence. I've had a software issue for over a week and have contacted the support team on multiple occasions and have emailed directly, but still no response. I've annoyingly paid for a subscription, so I will continue my efforts to get a response to either rectify or get a refund. Currently, I'm not hopeful on either. Very disappointed, as it could be a great tool.

DISAPPOINTING

I'm absolutely unable to get the software to provide the service demo's on Dragons Den.

The support function does not respond, nor to e-mails, or facebook or any contact.

I have cancelled and will look elsewhere, this looked so promising but did not live up to the promises made.

Customer Support Non Existent...?

I've been trying to contact the customer support team for over 10 days and ...crickets. I've tried email and messaging in the platform multiple times. This is crazy...I've never experienced complete non response from a software team.

Saves me soooo much time!!!

Choppity is a fantastic editing tool! Even as an experienced video editor, editing together & subtitling short form social clips takes ages!!!! With Choppity I’ve been able to save so much time & still deliver professional looking videos. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to pick out & subtitle social media videos

Choppity is a amazing platform for re-purposing content and distributing it to different social media platforms. Their features allow for adjusting your content according to the social media platform you are planning on using it for while their caption graphics bring a freshness to your videos, making them more engaging and attention grabbing. It is very user friendly. Above all, the people behind Choppity care. Having talked to one of the co-founders, Aaron, he was quick to explain how to use the platform so that I maximize its usage while he was very keen on hearing my thoughts in order to keep on improving the platform and make the experience for users an even better one.
