I had a great experience with Texas…
I had a great experience with Texas Power. The representative I worked with was extremely detailed, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He provided me with several options and helped me choose the one that best matched my needs.
He also went above and beyond by helping me set up not only my electricity service, but my internet as well. With the new services, I’ll be saving significantly more money, which I’m very happy about.
Overall, the process was smooth, informative, and stress\-free\. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and look forward to my experience with my new services\. I would definitely recommend them\!

Omg the agent that I was on the phone with was so wonderful and I really felt liked she cared almost to the point of tears. I wasn't even trying to call her but God lead me to her and I'm so grateful. She got me a better plan and helped me save money and I really needed it especially in this economy.
