Compared to other similar sites yours doesn't have a usage calculator to input monthly kWh with the different variable prices to see what is the monthly cost.

Signing up was pretty simple and straight forward. I haven't got the service yet, so I will follow up after 3 or 4 bills. I signed for the flat rate 8.5cent 1000khw

This site is very easy to use, except for the part where you check to see if service is available. If you want to compare rates and offers, and want to see if some are available, you'll actually be taken to a site to sign up for the service you're researching. I guess that means it's available, but it would be simpler if it just said, "available to you in your area," and then let you choose to sign up.

Saving money is always a plus, but I did not want to change internet and security systems and felt it was being pushed on me to do so.

I called to change utility services only. Please stop pushing other services to potential customers.

Easy sign up process

I was not given the complete information before you signed my up. I went through hell for over an hour to try to get of a contract that did not meet my need. When you sent me the information on my email, I realized it did not give me the complete information, so I immediately called the company you connected me to as soon as I got your email and realized that as a user of under 500kw, I was going to pay more than with my current company. At first I was told I was already connected and it wasn't even 10 minutes from signing. Even though I told then I felt it was a lie if not illegal since I was not given complete information before signing up. I was finally told they would disconnect me after two phone calls and almost an hour of time trying to get help. I am hoping, as a supervisor said, I would not get a disconnect charge. I will never use your service again and will only call the provider for help.
