Absolute scam. No suction. Waste of money.

Like others have said, it's just a very cheaply made plastic toy like item. No proper instructions. This should be reported (HM gov have put a warning out)

Absolute scam! Says no quibble 30 day return but will not respond to emails to request return label. Tried to get my money back through paypal but they were useless…DO NOT BUY! Product received was awful..like a cheap kids toy in a plastic bag with poorly translated instructions.

No suction. Chinese rip off. 'Tahira' at customer services says return item to China in original packing (flimsy plastic/paper jiffy bag). Mine arrived on a rainy day and got soaked.
No reply from customer services. Tried customer services again last week. Refund on the way!!

Arrived broken - not fit for purpose - no replies to emails for refund - looking here it seems like it's all a scam by China making and selling crap items. There should be tougher restrictions on China producing so much crap tat.

This is a scam website selling counterfeit LifeVac medical devices. They have stolen Lifevac Australia stories, media and evidence to mislead consumers into buying an untested, unapproved, dangerous, counterfeit device.

I bought these items and when I realized they came from China I sent them back for a refund but once they asked for my tracking number I have had no response and they will not respond.

The product is cheap, flimsy, and has absolutely no suction whatsoever. It would literally be impossible for this to work. This is a dangerous item for elderly people intending to rely on it in an emergency and should be banned

Bought this 'life saving device' for obvious reasons through a UK website that it's no longer there! They do not work. Contacted the manufacturer via the email sent they sent with the order. They offered a full refund IF I return it to China.

Other people have been conned, you have been warned.

I was duped too by the clever Facebook advert. I straight away read the reviews and tried to cancel my credit card payment a few minutes after buying. They refused to stop the payment and said would only help me if it didn’t arrive. Unfortunately it did, few days ago. I will never be so stupid again to believe Facebook ads. It should not be allowed.

No stars would be better - I ordered these thinking they were actual choke hero’s - what arrived was appalling - cheap nasty product no manufacturer labels or identifiers - badly packaged and squashed units - I have asked for a full refund before I go to my bank to help - let’s see - what a shame as I ordered these after a serious choking episode with my granddaughter - how can people play with your emergency situations like this beggars belief snd I am cross with myself for being duped - the company is called klutz device - avoid

This company is a disgrace. The choke hero I received is like a children's toy!! No good for anything. I've emailed them to ask for a refund, but not getting any response. So I suspect I've lost my £49 spent on this rubbish. I thought I was buying from an English based company, but no it turns out it was coming from China!.. they are very good at deceiving you!

Complete scam never arrived. Waited 3 weeks so annoyed. Never buy anything again off Instagram

I brought 2 choke hero devices thinking they would be good to have for my kid, Incase of an emergency, and I’ve just received the devices and they are the worst product I’ve ever purchased in my life, looks like a toy out of a poundshop.how they promote this product online, to what you actually receive is an absolute disgrace. I’ll be sending this product straight back and asking for a full refund. You should be ashamed trying to sell this product for people who are in life threatening situations, when it wouldn’t be useful to hand.
