Very quick delivery, the plates are lovely and were packaged extremely well.

Worst shop to deal with online.
Always something missing from my orders and sent me out two multi pack of crisps which were out of date.
I buy from Mr Price online now which is also free delivery so happy days.

They have an excellent selection of products. I'm very happy with the items I ordered. The only issue was that one item was refunded because it was out of stock. Delivery was faster than expected.

I ordered a few items obviously paid for them got an email a couple of items were out of stock said they'd refund me never did send a few emails no reply needles to say won't be shopping here again it's not that there were expensive but it's the principal of it nowadays people can't afford to be ripped off

This company provided me with an excellent customer service experience.

I ordered from them through online 5 big storage boxes but unfortunately 3 of them arrived broken despite being bubble wrapped and packed in a box really well and proper that made me think it's a courier's mishandling that made it broken.

I contacted choice stores customer service by email regarding same and they responded immediately and quickly sent me a replacement for 3 storage boxes which I received today 10/12/ 2025.

I am happy to support this kind of company in Ireland that provides excellent customer service experience.

I was looking for extra large Christmas baubles and found they were available at Choice. First time dealing with this online store. Ordered a few other items as they had a wide range of Christmas decorations. A few days later received an automated response saying half the items were out of stock and would be refunded. (The refund arrived quickly.) After another couple of days received another email saying another item was out of stock. The order was then dispatched and arrived the next day (via DPD). When I got my order it turned out that the wrong item was refunded. In the end, all the XL baubles were out of stock. Additionally, there was no option to select the preferred shape of one type of bauble (round or tear-dropped) so despite my preferred round shape being highlighted when I was ordering, I got 5 tear-dropped shapes which are of no use to me. So overall a waste of time and money. Will not use them again.

My first ever order with them cancelled automatically a few days later.

Out of stock given as the reason. Why accept the order if there's no stock?

Great service. I ordered a patio set last Monday and phoned Sharon in customer care to see if it could be delivered the next day as I wasn't going to be at home for the rest of the week. She had it delivered on Tuesday. Very easy to put together, beautiful patio set. Cannot recommend these people enough.

Bad experience. We ordered a few christmas decoration items. But the items have been packed without any security, so that some items arrived broken. Disappointing experience!

Originally went onto this site looking for a Halloween mask for my son .To my surprise they had all other bits every household needs,and I needed other things.so I decided why not just order them also from here.very reasonable pricing order was delivered very quick I must say.im delited with my order.And the order note I left,I got exactly what I had wrote on it.I will be deff ordering again from them.

Recently ordered a rug from their website and it was unfortunately out of stock in the size I ordered. They refunded me immediately without issue. Then a member of staff named Sharon went above and beyond to call me when it came back in stock and ensure I could reorder before it sold out again. Couldn’t be happier with my customer experience, and Sharon was an absolute star to deal with
