We've been customers of Choice Carpets for many years and would never use anyone else. They have supplied and installed blinds, curtain poles, carpets, and hard floors in three of our homes.
The team are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There is no pressure to buy and absolutely no up-selling, just conversations to make sure we are getting exactly what we require and are happy with. We value the advice of Clive and his team, it's always been invaluable to us.
The fitting is second to none, never had to request a revisit. When installing a blind, Nathan kindly let me video him teaching me how to pop the slatted blind in and out of its fitting.
We would recommend Choice Carpets wholeheartedly.

Choice Carpets are a family firm and not one of the retail park chains and it shows from start to finish. We have used them on three occasions and our experience has been the same each time, friendly and knowledgeable staff, no sales pressure and a job well done. From the initial site visit to measure up to the final vacuuming and removing the offcuts and packaging (YES they don`t leave you to clear away , they do it) your home is respected. If your proposed carpet supplier doesn`t offer you the complete package you've chosen the wrong one. Highly recommended.

The fitters were exceptional, quick, efficient, very pleasant and tidy. Put furniture back exactly even cutting pieces to go under chair legs. Also planed door to miss the carpet. We have used Choice Carpets over the last 10 years for all of our blinds. We recently upgraded to remote control blinds and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The choice of materials is vast and order time and fitting were both very swift. When we have had issues with any of the blinds in the past they have always sent somebody round the next day to fix the issue. It is also nice in this day and age to deal with a smaller company that manages to retain all of its staff on a long term basis. Names and faces haven’t changed in the 10 years we have been using them which is a sign of a happy and satisfied workforce.

The luxury of having an experienced fitter come to your home when the time suits you with an array of samples allowing you to see the product in your own home is invaluable. The fitters work efficiently and tidily.
