Natalie and Matt provided all the best ingredients for a great chocolate making experience. The right amount of support, oodles of choice, lots of encouragement and patience for a small group to get creative. Our son said he loved designing and making his own chocolate bar, lollies, chocolate ship with personalised wrapping! Would 100% recommend.

The cafe we usually go to in Much Wenlock wasn’t serving food so we tried here instead and to be honest it was better than our usual!
Irina was lovely and the food was delicious! The cafe itself was very clean and bright.
Very good value for money!

My wife saw the almost unbelievable blue marble chocolates through the shop window in Ironbridge. I ordered a large variety box for her birthday a couple of weeks later, specially requesting plenty of blue ones. ChocTilly delivered!

Placed order online on Sunday 17th December and received a telephone call on Monday 18th December say it had been posted and the expected delivery date so it would be received before Friday 22 December in time for Christmas. Great service and the chocolate is as tasty as ever

Vegan chocolate box. All tasteless. All grainy.
No care or thought gone in to these “supposed” artisan chocolates.
I question whether the proprietor is a true chocolatier….Truly awful. Sorry… very dissapointed. Would give zero if I could

Skilled chocolate making and great service.

I recently purchased a large selection box ( mixed favourites)
I have bought from ChoTilly in the past but directly from their shop at the Maws craft centre. The chocolates have always been beautifully made and delicious .
This was the first time I had ordered online and unfortunately it will be the last.
Their website has a menu drop down showing all the wonderful chocolates that are produced however there is not an option to select them individually and create your own box of chocolates as you would do if you were in store. There are pre selected choices ( white only, dark only , no nuts etc ) I feel this is a fundamental failure on their part as I have in fact purchased chocolates via the internet from other U.K. hand made chocolate suppliers in the past that have given the choice of ordering a bespoke truly customised selection. During the order process I entered a specific delivery address for them to be posted to as they were for my daughter-in-law’s birthday. However the chocolates arrived at my address rather than hers. I did contact ChocTilly just to let them know I was disappointed with the online purchase experience. A gentleman representing the company kindly called me directly to discuss the situation. It was his opinion that their website is fully functional and the error with the chocolates arriving at my home address rather than that of the intended recipient was entirely my own. Silly me .
Visit the shop for the best experience, if you do order online triple check the order if they are destined for somewhere other than the bill payers address.

I ordered a mixed selection box for a friend's birthday, it looked so good on the picture so got one for myself too 🙂 I was so impressed when it arrived - visually stunning individual chocolates and they taste just as good as they look! Pure quality. My friend was equally thrilled, we've both found our new favourites! Hats off the to chocolatiers, and the presentation and packaging is lovely too. I highly recommend!!

Great chocolate with great coffee.

ChocTilly is a nicely decorated restaurant and chocolate shop in Much Wenlock's wonderful high street. I've been in there multiple times to sample their crepes, coffee and hot chocolate.

Definitely worth visiting when in Much Wenlock!

I was delighted to receive ChocTilly handmade chocolates as a Christmas present. They were beautifully packaged, looked gorgeous and tasted delicious with unique flavour combinations.

What an amazing selection of hand crafted treats, I can highly recommend the waffles I had the white chocolate topping truly out of this world, and for a treat to take home I brought a 12 selection box of chocolate. Amazing service, wonderful bubbly staff. I will be coming back

I recently purchased chocolates as a gift for a fussy friend. Natalie was very helpful and her suggestions went down a treat! They also do vegan chocolate so I was able to treat my daughter. Highly recommended.
