My Name Joel Joseph from Singapore I have ordered Shilajit from this chitral company from Pakistan.. made full payment and proof I have it's been almost 1 year my shipment hasn't come to Singapore. I am extremely disappointed with their team and services I have been texting entire team and crew after a while no one took the initiative to rectify my problems and my shipment to Singapore. I have all the payments proof and chat message evidence proof with me. This is totally unprofessional they way the handled my problem.. almost reaching to 12 months until now no respond from chitral team.. biggest disappointment with chitral

I order 60 g plus 10g foc but both seems liquid (like honey) even i order risen one. Not sure its original or not bcz i order solid not liquid even i store it in ac room always. I sent mail for complain no reply i called Pk & Uk both numbers but not response.

Their support system is pathetic and moreover their delivery guys are even worse, I waited whole day for this delivery, the delivery guy had my number and even my location still landed in a completely wrong place and tried to put it on me.

This is my 3rd time ordering Chitral house product and for now i found the product claim worthy just respose time needs to be better and quick.

i'm reviewing this after visitng pcisr lab in h9 islamabad, i had some doubts on the authenticity of the lab report of chitral house shilajit, i took a printed copy of the lab report shown at their website
the officer at the PCSIR office told me that the published report is fake and the actural report they issued is entirely different.
the officer even told me that the business is warned and reported and soon they are going the jail them because the fake certificate is still online.
I'm writing this because i have wasted more than 25,000 rupees on this brand and i'm still waiting for my refund
