The game is very difficult
The game is very difficult. Unless your players are avid golfers the game is pretty much impossible. Kids are quickly frustrated and discouraged. We have some scratch golfers that had a hard time with it. Neat concept and well made. We like that they fold up and that there is a spot for the turf pad. Great construction, but the game isn't fun or easy enough.

Hi Michael, thanks for the review. Chippo is often used by teaching professionals as a training aid for youth golfers, and we have actually heard the opposite of your take from many of our customers - including many non-golfers who found Chippo to be so much fun that it lead to them exploring regular golf. For some, the tricky part is getting used to the practice balls - but after a few times playing, most get the hang of them.

I placed my order more than a month ago and have never received it! I have made more than two inquiries about it and still nothing! Not very happy nor am I impressed!

Hi Patrick - thanks for the review. We shipped your order using USPS on 11/10. USPS has been experiencing serious delays. When you reached out on 11/30, we contacted USPS who told us that the order should arrive within 1-2 days. It clearly has not and so we will ship out a new 12 pack of replacement balls. We apologize for the inconvenience.

It can be scary to spend money with a new
It can be scary to spend money with a new company, we've all been burned at least once so we scour the reviews and try to make educated choices. There aren't enough stars for me to give Chippo, I knew I was taking a chance ordering a back ordered product, 2 months early for my sons birthday so I rolled the dice and with one quick email, checking on his gift, the answer was, "our stock just arrived and I will make sure it's there by your son's birthday". Thank you chippo for the prompt, friendly responses, overnighting my son's chippo in time for his birthday! You went above and beyond and my son and his friends have sent raving reviews, they absolutely love it!!!

Great company ..
Great company ... great product. Personal customer service that went above and beyond expectations! There are cheap knock offs out there, some of which stoop so low as to use this company’s product in their ads. Don’t fall for it. Get the original ... it is well worth it. My husband loves his present.
