Hi Aaron, the chipping mats are stored in a compartment on the back of each Chippo board. Many customers miss this. Every unit is QC'd before it leaves our warehouse, so it is very rare that chipping mats are actually not included. Additionally, we have replacement mats that we can send in the rare event that chipping mats were missed. Please have your friend shoot us an email at contact@chippogolf.com and we can help.
