Dishonesty, misinformation and horrific unforeseen or not discussed additional charges they add to the mortgage to get out of the mortgage. Fraud has been found in accounts regarding the interest amount they have charged clients. Be extremely aware to these issues go to your Bank, or other Banks/Trust Companies before ever considering CHIP, I am living this right now and have notice other posting similar to this posting on different sites.

I obtained a mortgage from CHIP through my mortgage broker and after signing all the paperwork at my lawyers I thought the deal was ready. Booked our ferry ride and hired the movers. Arrived at the new house and couldn't get the keys. It took a week to get them. Never did find out what the issue was. What a nightmare. Never did get an answer.

The lawyer representing your CHIP mortgage company dragged there feet, made the process stressful and I ended up with submitting a complaint. Poorly handled by your legal team. My contact for CHIP - Kyle was very professional & I appreciated being kept in the loop.
