Absolutely thrilled with our two beautiful garden furniture sets delivered on 13/02. They’re all covered, set up, and ready to go — now just waiting for the weather to perk up so we can enjoy them properly!
The delivery team were fantastic: friendly, helpful, and efficient, which made the whole experience even better.
We love this shop and have already ordered more items due for delivery on 05/03. The sales staff have been brilliant too — knowledgeable, welcoming, and a real pleasure to deal with.
I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for garden, home, and other lovely pieces. Such a great place for beautiful things you’ll genuinely love.

Beautiful dining set so pleased with the whole service
Easy ordering, always a bit cautious ordering on line but the company delivered on time with very respectable delivery men. The item was well packaged all we had to do was to put table top on and fire pit in situ all works perfectly. Really pleased with this item just need the good weather now. Would recommend this company.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
We went to Chimes to start doing our homework for sourcing garden furniture in readiness for the spring/summer.
We walked into Chimes and was amazed at the vast choice of garden furniture, dining sets, home assessories and BBQ’s. Such a nice change to physically see the items and not just have to view online. We dealt with Lee & Nic, and we couldn’t have wished for nicer people to deal with. No annoying Sales tactics, they know their products are quality and they just let you make your own decisions, advice given when asked but with no hard pressure applied to make a purchase….how refreshing is that! They’re very knowledgeable and patient, as I really could not decide what I wanted as there was so much choice, and everything is so nice. Finally made a decision and my furniture was delivered 3 days later using their white glove service. I would genuinely recommend going to Chimes for all the above reasons. I truly cannot fault anything! Total satisfaction.

Aluminium cream fire pit corner set
This company are fantastic!
Lovely big showroom with space to move around & see everything clearly.
Was served by a lovely lady who was extremely helpful and then our garden furniture was all delivered and set up by 2 lovely men who were also really helpful, can’t wait for the warm weather now to use it all!

Second time I’ve ordered from Chimes Home & Garden. Both occasions the service has been excellent, they call you personally to update you on delivery times and the delivery was late arriving but the driver was in contact with me.

From start to finish
From start to finish. Everyone we had contact with from Debbie at the showroom to both of our delivery drivers have all been amazing.
Debbie let us look around without being overbearing and then helped us with our order.
We then had forgotten to order something so called a few days later where Debbie again went out of her way to add the item and attach it to our delivery.
The drivers called up on their way. Albeit 24hrs early, which was not a problem.
They were extremely tidy with putting our items together as paid for the White Glove Service at an extra cost.
Then went through everything with us adding extra things to keep the furniture in immaculate condition for as long as possible.
Could not be more pleased with the end result and service throughout, and would recommend Chimes to anyone looking to purchase some furniture

Excellent delivery experience
Received a phone call on the morning notifying me of a time slot in which to expect delivery. Very helpful and friendly delivery guys who carried the packages through the side gate to the rear of the house.
