Ash was a great help. He changed a fuseboard for me and did some rewiring of the lighting circuits.
He arrived on time, was clean and very efficient.
Had 3 quotes and he gave a very reasonable price and went above and beyond by helping me set up a time clock that I was struggling with!!!
I did not have a good experience with this electrician and when I posted a honest and factual review on the forum I found him on I was seriously bullied by his band of supporters. He does not allow bad reviews on his own website.
I have been asked to provide additional information to them as they are attempting to get my review removed which I think goes to prove my point about bullying?
I’ve sent them my invoice number and they have my name? Is that enough?
So in a nutshell he turned off 10 circuits to replace 1 socket because he said the circuits were not labelled.I can supply a picture of the labelled sockets. He admits this caused the alarm panel to beep but because i did not trace the beep until he had left the premises he wanted another £75 to come back and disconnect the alarm.
We never used itthe alarm because the dog sets it off and I did not have the foresight to ask my dying husband for the code
He charged £120 to replace an indoor socket and an outdoor socket. I paid £60 to book the slot and £60 when done.
And yes some people agreed with his attitude and some didn't but the subsequent bullying was surreal.

I’m sorry to hear that you feel this way. Please note that the work carried out was professional, and at the time, you had expressed satisfaction with it.
I isolated the socket circuit only I did not turn off 10 circuits as that would be unnecessary. As per the EAWR I am not aloud to work live and it is unsafe to do so.
The situation seems to have escalated following your review on social media regarding your alarm panel. The panel was beeping because you were unable to recall your code, and this led to public discussion in which others disagreed with your perspective.
I also want to clarify that I have no control over comments made by others on platforms like Trustpilot, which may request personal information independently.
