Placed my new composite front door & 2 side panels order with Chiltern Doors dealt with by Atom. He was prompt in answering all my queries. Always available when I needed to check something, went above & beyond to ensure the door was fitted. Despite a slight delay in door delivery (due to supplier) he constantly chased the supplier for me and ensured everything was completed speedily. The door was also excellent quality and I was pleased by the look of it once it was installed. Overall very pleased by the service I’ve received from Atom.

Just had new front door and frame in blue and two windows replaced , the fitter was excellent and I am.very pleased with the results , Harris kept to his promise on timings of the job and I was kept informed from quote through to instalation, thanks very much

We’ve just had all our windows replaced and a new front door, the price was very reasonable and the service and communication was excellent. The fitting team were efficient and left no mess including hoovering after themselves which was a bonus. Would highly recommend this company.

We have just had an electric garage door, a composite front door and two small windows fitted by Chilterndoors and have to say that the price was reasonable and the standard of work was excellent the workers were polite and friendly, I can honestly say one of the easiest companies to deal with, they did what they said they would on time and cleaned up after them. Lui & the team have been amazing! We got 5 star service from the first consultation to completion. We bought bifolds and a window for our new extension and a new front door to replace our outdated one that was on its last legs.
There was never any pressure or hard selling tactics used (as we’d experienced from other companies). Lui was professional and more than happy to offer advice and answer questions. He took time to design the doors and window we wanted. The doors were delivered quickly and fitted well.
We did experience some minor damage to our bifolds on delivery, however, the parts were ordered and replaced (at no extra cost) and we got the quality products we paid for at a very fair price.
Would definitely recommend using this local, family-run company, they really have been great!

Booked an appointment with Lui at the showroom, must say very impressive showroom. It was great to be able to open and close the doors. We selected a door at a very fair price and it was installed yesterday. Very happy with the service and the door, I would highly recommend.

Recently had a new front door fitted Haris was very professional throughout the whole process kept me informed throughout. The front door is solid and very nice and will definitely keep the heat in the when winter comes and I feel more secure highly recommend this company thank you.

Haris was very easy going when gaining a quote, he had lots of options too. It was a very comfortable build up prior to installing my front doors, i am sooooo happy with the new front door, it looks amazing and also helps me feel a little more secure. The quality is very high as he promised and im super happy, I 110% recommend him and his team, thank you very much Haris

Last August we decided to have a new front and back door, and choose Chiltern doors. we order the doors, and said we did not want them installed until end of October due to them being made and us being on holiday. took a few weeks to get the quote through after chasing, we got the quote and paid the deposit, then we got the design through for the front door the wrong glass was added so we got that changed. We had our door installed in the November, only the front door, the guy who come to install the door said as he loaded the back door in the van the glass blew so it needed a new glass adding, i said that was find not a problem accidents happen, he said should only take 2 weeks to get it repaired and the office will contact by the January i was contacting the office after not hearing anything from chiltern doors, the back door was booked in and then the night before got a call to say the fitter was ill we will call you back with a date, by the end of February no call back so back on the phone again to get it booked in so March back door was fitted. With in a few hours the door being fitted i soon got the finale bill in which i complained by the way i had being treated as a customer in which management called me and apologized and took money off the bill, they advised the error had been due to the new computer systems, but no my problems have not finished, the door bar end had come out twice now and Chiltern doors glued it the first time, the second time i requested it to be replaced, this was at the end of June i have had to chase and kept being told not in yet, last night after very little response i finale got hold of some one and they told me the items are in and this morning we had item glued back in. I have had a number of people saying love the door and glass where did you get it from i say Chiltern doors but i would not recommend due to the customer service is awful. I would certainly recommend the products, but be ready for not so good customer service and having to chase for answers.
