From the moment I placed my order until I received it, the team kept me updated at every step. They even followed up afterward to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I have to say, the foot massager has been great. Since I’m always on the move, being able to sit back, relax, and unwind has been amazing.

Lots of money for a crooked chair that they replaced with a chair with a defective massaging mechanism. It clunk every few seconds as it travels up and down the back. Provided video with sound and they claim it is normal operation. Just want my money back at this point. Customer service is terrible that it is all by email with no way to talk to anyone.

What can I say ? nothing but respect for the outstanding customer service I bought the soul mate foot massager after 3 months of use I encountered a small problem which the team at chill chair quickly resolved for me . I couldn’t be happier ,Great company to deal with .

So disappointed in this chair. After 2 months it stopped working. Very uncomfortable for sitting long hours. Seat is hard and very uncomfortable. Massage was nice when it worked. A complete waste of money.

I recently bought the Chill Chair and overall I’m really happy with it. The biggest thing for me is the footrest and recline — that part is honestly a game changer. It makes it super comfortable when I’m taking breaks, watching content, or just relaxing between work sessions.

The massage rollers are a nice feature too. They’re not as strong as a full massage chair, but they definitely help with tension, especially after sitting for a while. I wouldn’t rely on it as a full replacement for a massage chair, but for an office chair it’s a solid addition.

For actual work, I’ve found it’s best when sitting upright, and then using the recline/footrest when I want to relax. It’s more of a hybrid chair — part work chair, part relaxation chair — and it does that pretty well.

The price is definitely on the higher side, but if you’re looking for comfort and a chair you can both work in and chill in, it’s worth considering. So far, I’m satisfied with the purchase.
