Excellent product love them and got some freebies too.

Delivered my order to the wrong address in the town that was slightly similar but not the same as my intended address, despite me putting in the right address. I messaged them ahead of the delivery to say I could see they had made an error, no response. Order has now been delivered to the wrong address and still no response. That was supposed to be a Christmas present for family and now it’s undoubtedly lost. Extremely disappointed

Be careful, placed an order and it didn't arrive. Company take no responsibility. Claim to "investigate" however just fob customers off

Such a cool and versatile sturdy light with 3 or 4 different settings. Not only useful for going away but round the house too. So pleased I ordered the larger one as well. Had reason to contact customer services re accessories and was pleased with their prompt response. Well done Chill Beam .. I can highly recommend their lights.

The product arrived on time and well packaged. I got the bundle. I think it was amazing value for money and everything is working perfectly. I love all the other little things that come included! The brand is so cool. No issues with the lights as of yet but I will update my review should that change! Awesome stuff Chillbeam? Thank you.

I ordered the glow mad pro and a few days later the glow mad ‘switch’ came out I was mortified and asked the customer service team if I could pay the difference and get the switch instead. They told me that the pro had already been delivered but they would send me a switch anyway! Free of charge! Amazing customer service and leaves me very happy with now 2 light for the price of 1! The product is durable and tough. I love the concept and the switch has soooo many features! Don’t usually write reviews but after my experience with their customer service I felt like I had to!

Never received it. Didn't know it was supposedly delivered, until I was sent a survey asking about my satisfaction with the product - checked my doorbell camera and everything... says it was delivered when I was home. There is supposed "proof of delivery" on their end but I have no video proof on my end of this happening at the date and time it says... Attempted to email and resolve this, they disappeared.

Pointless "Skip the Queue" charges. Delivery 5 days later than confirmed date. Items missing. No responses to complaint. Avoid!

Got a colour changing one but only get green and blue on it. Emailed them with a video but no reply . Please sort this out as I got it to go to a festival. Really disappointed.
