This company is awful. I order a shirt for mother's day. First the shirt was suppose to be bedazzled...not! Then the shirt's wording was wrong and had the wrong names of people. I reported the problem online, because their was no phone number. It took almost a week to get back to me. Then they denied my claim. If I had done more research I would founf the shirt on Amazon for half the price. I paid almost $31 from this company. If feom Amazon it would have been $17, which I eneded doing anyway. Now I am stuck with a shirt with random names. Never again, beware.

I had a great experience. I ordered a shirt from this company (an advertisement on Facebook). I got emails and was able to track my order. When the shirt came the color was darker than I thought.. so I couldn’t read the writing.. I sent an email explaining the situation.. they e-mailed me back right away and I was able to get the same shirt in a different color. Great customer service!

If I could get a zero star I would. I was very Leary about ordering off facebook and I was right. I ordered ONE blanket and instead something went haywire on Website(imagine that) and it ordered TWO instead. They took $ automatically out of my account which comes through as OH MY LOVER ORG. I am a Christian and would have NEVER ordered from a company that says this. PLUS I never got an order confirmation email. So I will contact BBB I tried calling this company and it gives you only two options and I have no order number.

I placed an order no order number was given no order preview no confirmation email , tried to call got a robot entered email says no email found yet the money has came out of my account

I love doing business with Chichip Tee.
There quality of their products are excellent.
I received my order before ,I had expected.
Went back ,and bought some more blankets.
Also will go back in the near future.

I was concerned about ordering from a random ad on facebook, but I have to say it was a great experience. My order was delivered earlier than expected and the quality is great.

Ordered shirt for wife, too small, supposed to be a WOMENS Large, got a petite large. No way she can wear it. Thanks for not responding and taking our money.

After 2 weeks of no response, Chichip made good on order, replaced shirt with proper size. Thank You!

I ordered the shirt for my boyfriend and both he and I love it. I'll definitely be making more purchases in the future.

The shirt fits nicely but wish I could have viewed the dark print against the purple, would have liked a light print on it.

Have ordered twice within the last three months. Both orders were received within a few weeks. Which is pretty fast for a company that prints orders as they are received. The shirts are very nice. Plan on ordering more in the future.

Very bad service. Ordered 3 t-shirts on June first. It’s now august order hasn’t been shipped yet. Status is still on printing. Submitted a claim , got a reply stated that my order is on time. Never going to order again.

At the time a made my purchase i ordered somethings from a few different companies. First off pleased with the t shirts. Now for the next great thing. Ordered five of my orders all running late, all blaming Covid. Only one Chichip Tee did anything to make me amazed. They gave a partial refund without me even asking. I will be ordering more shirts on the strength of their customer service alone not to mention the great shirts.

Could not have been more pleased with the product and the customer support team. The company did everything possible for me to get my product. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you for making me a satisfied customer!!!
