Il 4 maggio 2022 arriva l’ennesima mail dove descrivono l arrivo dell articolo reso, MA... bisogna attendere altri 7 giorni per l accredito dei soldi… peccato non riesca ad allegare le loro mail. Dall’ arrivo del reso bisogna aspettare 14 giorni, poi altri 7 giorni per l accredito … Cos’altro si inventeranno?? Poi scatta la mia denuncia.

Il vestito é molto bello ma piccolo. Peccato che la politica di reso sia a carico dell acquirente (35 euro sono tanti per restituire qualcosa che è troppo piccolo)

ho acquistato nella giornata del 16/08/2021 due vestiti, pagando un salato sovrapprezzo per entrambi (30 euro a vestito, per un totale di 60 euro) scegliendo la Next day Delivery in modo tale da riceverli entro il giorno 20 che ho un evento. Oltre al fatto che non li ho ricevuti in tempo, mi hanno chiesto per messaggio più di 40 euro a pacco (quindi 80) per la spedizione internazionale. Ora dovrò fare il reso di entrambi e pagare 80 + 80 per rendere i pacchi indietro sperando che poi mi rimborsino. Mi sento male al solo pensiero di aver regalato tutti questi soldi, considerate che già da soli ogni vestito mi è costato 100 euro... facendo un conto gli ho regalato 440 euro. Sono veramente arrabbiata, non comprate da questo sito

Ho effettuato un ordine in data 12 luglio 2021. L’ordine mi è stato spedito in data 14 luglio con un codice tracking non valido e non funzionante. Dopo varie sollecitazioni al servizio clienti, nelle quali mi veniva detto che c’era un problema non so dove, ho chiesto il rimborso. Magicamente il giorno 26 luglio 2021 mi avvisano che il tracking era funzionante. Nel tracking però c’era scritto che il pacco era stato spedito il giorno 26 e non il 14 come avevano loro detto. Comunque oggi è 4 agosto e non ho ancora ricevuto niente. Il tracking non viene aggiornato dal 2 ma risulta ancora in Olanda. Avrei preferito il rimborso visto che questo pacco mi serviva per un matrimonio che verrà celebrato il 7 agosto data in cui io ancora non avrò ricevuto il pacco. Ma rimborso ovviamente non ne faranno mai. I soldi però mi sono stati scalati dalla carta dal 12 luglio. Peccato gli abiti sono belli ma il sito non è per niente affidabile. Se volete acquistare questa marca fatelo da Asos o da zalando. Diffidate dal sito ufficiale!!
