Still not delivered after 7 days. No response to email query on when will be delivered
Review responded to, replacement parcel and gift delivered personally by the team within 2 hours
Yodel delivery still not arrived so team confirmed deliveries with be with different courier
Our bestest boy is delighted with his treats and his toy

Hi Sharon & Dougal!
As discussed -your parcel was lost by our carrier (despite the carrier saying it was in transit!) so within an hour or so of you posting this review, we hand delivered you a new Chewbox with an extra toy too! You can also keep the other Chewbox if/when it arrives.
As your beautiful boy attends our Day Care centre, there was also a bit of a communication break down between staff passing messages etc so I apologise for that!
I hope that you are ok and that Dougal loves his Chewbox and toy! Thank you for your custom and we will be sure we ship your parcels via a different carrier in future.

The orders are dispatched straight away and are fantastic value for money. Usual quick delivery, and great mixture of chewy treats. I'm a happy owner and can also relax knowing that my dogs are not consuming any sugars or additives. I would definitely rate this company 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am unsure why you have given us a 1 star review and really sad about it to be honest as we are a small business and try so hard!
You subscribed for a product to be sent regularly to you. You sent us an email at 2pm today to say that you currently had enough of the item so you didn’t want any more sending.
By 3.30pm today I had processed your refund and cancelled your subscription and you received an email confirming this!
I am unsure why we have now received such a terrible review as we acted immediately (within 2 hours on a weekend when our office is actually closed) and gave you a full refund.

Our puppy loved the selection of chews he got in his chew box . They kept him busy for hours and he really looks forward to having one.
So good we’re onto our second box and a got another for one of his doggy friends!
