Would definite buy again
Very pleased with products, some are long lasting and lasts a good few hours, keeps dog busy, he seems to enjoy the smelliest ones the best.
Good customer service, I accidentally selected collect instead of post. This was resolved very quickly.

Love our first chew box!
Love our first chew box!! Puppy pack was perfect for my dog, plus I chose a few more. All recyclable and a fantastic selection.
There is quite a powerful smell, but when you know it's all good, it's worth it!

have not received my chewbox order, this is not a reflection on you chewbox it is a statement in general, could be anything that's come up so don't take it personally could have got lost or looked over by other factors.

Sorry to hear that - I am not sure this is entirely deserved as you first mentioned this via Facebook message today which we responded to within five minutes of you sending the message. We informed you that we had tracked and traced your parcel which we informed you was with Royal Mail and we reassured you that we would phone them also to chase the item. The parcel was packed and sent a day after receiving your order so whilst I apologise for any delays with Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for them. We will of course continue to chase the delivery of your parcel and should it fail to arrive, we will issue a full refund. You opted to send your parcel via second class post so I would recommend opting for 1st class for future deliveries.

A nice selection of chews
A nice selection of chews, box looks really good value for the money. I enjoyed the haribo 😁😁 Dogs loved the smell judging by the amounts of drool.

Such an amazing selection of chews, treats & more. A great service !!
Such a great selection of dog chews, treats & more !! My dogs Bella & Phoebe have loved everything they’ve tried and Bella is normally super fussy! I love how easy it is to choose your chews & treats on the website and the box is ready so promptly! The presentation is great, I love taking pictures of the dogs in the included party hats with their box! The leaflet detailing what’s included in the box is super helpful as when I order new things I know what they are. I definitely recommend ChewBox, it’s the only place I’d buy chews from now !

Service was good but Royal Mail…
Service was good but Royal Mail complained about delivering the boxes due to the smell. Dogs weren't that bothered about what was in the mixed boxes, have left a lot of it. Not for us I'm afraid. Plus the house smells terrible when the box is opened, even putting everything in a Tupperware box didn't diminish the smell.
