Bad customer service, bad after sales service. They'll do anything not to refund you and stall then claim that your order has been shipped and thst you cant do anything about it.

The ordering process was quick, easy and efficient. I love the way you get to add bits even after you have paid for the original. Impressive…. I ordered an additional three items ☺️

This is scam. Its shipping from China, they refused to cancel, they set you up with subscription without your consent, they never respond, if they do, its nothing related to what you asked. Zero help. Had to cancel my card and report the site. DO NOT PURCHASE!

This is a scam. They get you on a subscription without your knowledge then refuse to cancel.

I've had to report them and take action via my bank.

Don't make the same mistake I did.

Do not set automatic subscription monthly renewal of the orders. I'll order more when I want more.

The delivery was fast, and the product is even better than expected. It works really well, and it has now become a ritual for me and my partner. Recommend!

I have not received the order, and no one has responded to my messages requesting an update on the order.

I’ve been in a relationship for 3 years, and honestly, it was really starting to fall apart. We had very little intimacy and just felt disconnected. We tried these cubes, and things have genuinely been so much better between us again. ❤️

It took a little while to get here, but once I send an email about the situation they answered immediately and they were very sweet!
And about the gummies, I have to admit they didn’t do that much of a reaction, but we’ll keep trying to see what happens 😉
