Great Customer Service.... I actually ordered the wrong item in error. I contacted Chemist connect and explained. No problem they said, return it for a full refund. I got my refund in 5 days.

Gorgeous perfumes I bought as Christmas gifts. Customer service couldn't have been more helpful when I contacted them because I was worried I wouldn't receive the items before Christmas. Thanks to them all worked out perfectly and in time for Christmas and the recipients loved their gifts.

After initially being disappointed with a delay in delivery of my order 1 item arrived damaged. I notified them immediately and within 48 hours had a replacement for the damaged item delivered to my door. Iwas very impressed with how quickly they responded especially in the few days leading up to Christmas.
