A really sound company to deal with, from the ordering process right through to delivery. The radiator and valves are of great quality and look superb now fitted. The delivery time stated 12.40 in the email received prior to despatch and they were basically spot on time, it's unbelievable that some larger more well know companies can only tell you that they will arrive sometime in the given day. I am really pleased with the products, delivery and just great customer service. Its a rare thing nowadays 👌

From star to finish it was very simple and received samples in nice presentable box.

Had an email to say I would receive a call 20 mins before the delivery. This was then confirmed the day before when I was contacted by the company, again stating I would receive a call 15t to 20 mins before the delivery. This did not happen and the driver said this was not the policy????

Ordered a mirrored radiator from Chelsea Supplies. The price was very competative to other suppliers and came with a 20 year gaurantee. Easy to order and delivered sooner than stated by a really nice guy who brought it into the house. We've checked it and it was well packed and looks really good quality. Not fitted it yet so can't comment on how it works. Would highly recommend this supplier up to now.

Really interesting design for a radiator, we wanted something out of the ordinary for our craftin room. This radiator really fits the bill.
